Once we book our reservation, is there anyway to link it with our other parties so we can get rooms by each other and plan things online together on the website?

    Hi Courtney!

This is what I do when I am travelling with my sister and her family.  I call and speak to a reservationist personally.  I book two rooms at the same time letting them know that I want the reservations linked.  One room will be under my name the other under my sister's name.  I'll put my room on my credit card, and then I reserve my sister's with her credit card.  You shouldn't have any issues having your reservations linked on line this way.

You can also book two rooms under one person's name.  Then list everyone's name in the reservation.  This will also ensure that everyone is together under the one reservation on line.  I've also done this, and my sister just reimbursed me for her room charge.

I hope this helps!  Have a magical vacation!
