Hi Lauren!
I SEA you are getting ready for your sailing with Disney Cruise Line...pirates and princesses and parties, oh my! Nothing is more fun than dressing up and having a special makeover on a Disney voyage. Prepare for the royal treatment and a swashbuckling good time!
Since you said 120 days, I'm guessing you must be a Platinum Castaway in the
Castaway Club. Yay you! That means you get first dibs (after Concierge Guests) in booking these specialty reservations, so the likelihood is great that you will get everything you want.
The
Princess Gathering is a surefire way to get in time with the princesses with a ticketed time and date. And best of all, it's included in your cruise! Guests are advised that due to the event's popularity, they can only attend one Princess Gathering during a sailing.
So here's the booking strategy I would suggest: Go online and look first for the Princess Gathering dates and select a time. You will have to check on each date listed for your cruise using the "Add Activities" button and then the Onboard Fun tab. Once you find the Princess Gathering, a drop down menu will appear where you will select a time. Then book your
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover for at least 2 hours prior to give ample time for the makeover before your Princess Gathering time.
Making a pirate makeover reservation at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a bit simpler since you can see in advance which day of your cruise that
Pirate Night and the Pirates in the Caribbean deck party is scheduled. FYI: All Pirates League packages are available on Pirate Nights only, so you can't really choose the wrong day! Most of the events are in the evening, so try to grab a late afternoon appointment and then prepare to hear all the pirate jokes and comments on these amazing transformations!
Once all of these are booked, all that's left is to plan and pack your costumes and get ready to spend lots of time surrounded by characters and pirates! Wishing you the best of luck getting these reservations lined up. Have a magical, memory-making cruise!
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
