Hello, Carrie! Thanks for visiting planDisney as you prepare for your Disney Cruise! It's time to set sail!
I'm happy to share that your onboard credit will be used first toward stateroom charges. You can stop by the Guest Services Desk and ask them to load your
Disney Gift Card to your account to be used toward your onboard charges. After the credit is used, your gift card will be next in line to pay for charges. It's a good idea to hang on to your gift card in case there is an unused balance remaining at the end of your sailing.
I hope that information helps you feel shipshape and ready to sail! The Crew Members onboard will continue to steer you in the correct direction if you have further questions about your onboard charges. Did you know you can keep an eye on your spending using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app? From the home screen, select the more option in the bottom right corner. Then, select My Charges to review your spending and payment details.
My favorite purchase to make on each Disney Cruise I take is a
placeholder for a future cruise! This can be done within the app and only while you are onboard the ship. This locks in a discount if you sail within 24 months on most cruise itineraries and stateroom categories. If your plans change, the placeholder deposit is fully refundable.
Carrie, have an amazing time! Bon Voyage!
