OMG..... I am very confused. Never been to Disney World and thinking of doing a trip for our grandkids, their parents, and us. Where, when, what, how..... Thought this would be more simple, but I see Hoppers, Fast Tracks, Parks, Clubs, Shows..... OMG...

    Hi there, Judy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're glad you're here! Planning your first family vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort can be a little overwhelming at first, but you've come to the right place for help!

First, you'll want to order your Free Disney Parks Vacation Planning DVD. Once it arrives in your mailbox, watch and learn all about the magic that awaits you! In fact, watch with pen and paper handy, that way, you and your family can write down their favorite Attractions and really start planning your activities.

Next, it's time to figure out where you'd like to stay. There are different categories of Resort hotels, in all different price ranges. There rates are different depending on the time of year as well. A great place to start is the Special Offers section of the main Walt Disney World website.

Once you've determined where you'd like to stay, start looking at where you'd like to eat! There are so many absolutely fabulous restaurants at Walt Disney World! There are all kinds of different options to choose from, from dining with Disney Characters to Quick Service meals. Take a look at the different options online and see what you think!

For Park tickets, you'll need to decide if you'll visit more than one Theme Park each day. The Park Hopper option can always be added on later when you've figured out your must-do's!

I'm about out of room for this answer, but please write back with more questions! Just a little bit of planning can really go a long way! I'm hoping this info gets you off to a good start!

Wishing you Pixie Dusted vacation planning!
