OMG! I booked the wrong park for the last day of my 5 day park hopper and now I'm separated from my grandchildren. How do I switch parks?

Hakuna Matata, Sara, it means no worries! Welcome to planDisney, this is exactly what we are here for.

I have an easy solution for you, so please don’t worry. Before you know it, you’ll be all set and just weeks away from a ROARing good time. To change your existing reservations, you will want to first cancel the reservation scheduled on the incorrect day. After that, go ahead and reschedule your theme park reservation for the correct park. Before doing so, I do recommend taking a look at the Availability calendar just to make sure there are reservations available at the park you are planning on switching to. If there is, then go ahead and do what I suggested.

Once you finish doing that, I recommend signing out of your Disney account and back in. You should then see the change of plans that now align with those of your grandchildren.

Sara, I hope this helps resolve the scheduling error and gets you back on track to visiting Pride Rock. Have a great visit and if there’s anything else you need you can always ask us here, at planDisney, or go ahead and give a Cast Member a call at the Disneyland Resort
