I have old/used tickets in my MDE App and it’s crowding up my tickets and passes area is there any way to get rid of them since they are already used?

    Hi Michelle,

Welcome to planDisney! The My Disney Experience mobile app is so handy for planning your trips and all things Walt Disney World Resort extras. I love that you can now view the EPCOT festival guides through the app. It makes pre-planning my visits so much easier since I can plan my most efficient route to the yummy treats.

Thank you for your question about de-cluttering your My Disney Experience app. As Mary Poppins says, “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun.” I love learning something new, so it was fun to resEARch how to tidy up your “Tickets and Passes” area. To remove tickets that you have fully used, you will need to log on to your My Disney Experience account via the website. Once you have logged on, select “My Plans” from the My Disney Experience menu. You will then need to locate “Tickets and Memory Maker” under the “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets” section. Please select it, and a drop-down menu should appear on the right, which gives you the option to remove the unused tickets. This change may take a moment to reflect on your app, but you should expect to see it within a couple of days. If, for some reason, you are not given the option to remove the tickets under My Disney Experience, I would highly recommend reaching out to a Cast Member at 407-934-7639. It may be that your tickets still have value, and they can help you assess that.

I hope this information helps get your My Disney Experience app “spit spot!”
