Hello, McKenzie! Let me be the first to cordially welcome you to planDisney.
It sounds like you have some wonderful experiences planned for your princesses. The
Royal Court Royal Tea is designed for children ages 3 to 12 and a parent or guardian. The afternoon soiree is filled with music, fun, and delicious goodies. I called a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member to inquire about your littlest princess. Unfortunately, they shared that children under the age of 3 are unable to attend. I’m sorry that this is not the news you were hoping for. Let’s see what magic we can create.
One option is to drop your daughter off at the nursery before the tea. The
“it’s a small world” nursery! is the perfect space for your little one to explore in a safe environment. While you’re off enjoying tea and treats with your older daughter, your toddler can enjoy books, toys, and Disney movies. She might even get to hang out with a few of her favorite Disney Pals.
Should you forgo the tea, a second option is to create your own royal afternoon of fun. I suggest having both girls dress in their favorite princess dresses, attend a "regal lunch" in one of the sit-down restaurants, and stop by the
Royal Gathering to mix and mingle with other princesses. I’d finish the afternoon by visiting the gift shop for a special souvenir – sounds like the perfect Happily Ever After! I recommend booking the Royal Gathering as soon as possible. The event is free to attend but does require a ticket. You can reserve your spot 30 days prior to sailing.
I know you’ll all feel like royalty when you board your Disney Cruise Line ship to the applause of smiling Crew Members. I cannot wait for your family to experience this special moment. Please visit us again with all your planning questions.
SEAS the adventure!
