My older son has a band. I am travelling now with the youngest and I wanted to use his band with him, but it is not working. I removed my older son from my guest list to see if it worked but don´t and now I can´t have him back. How do I fix this.

    Hello Rachel!

It sounds like you are thinking about planning your next Walt Disney World vacation! You have come to the right place because we answer all kinds of questions at planDisney!

Unfortunately, once a MagicBand is linked to a Guest's My Disney Experience Account, the MagicBand can't be transferred to another Guest, even if they are another family member. You can purchase a new MagicBand at many Walt Disney World stores in the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. If you wish to purchase MagicBands before your Walt Disney World vacation, you can find a great selection of MagicBands at shopDisney. Also, the new MagicBand+ officially launched on July 27th, 2022, so you can purchase them for your Walt Disney World vacation. The new MagicBand+ is rechargeable with a USB cord included with each MagicBand+.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical!
