    I have an older no expiration disney ticket that I want to use this coming October. Can I upgrade that to a park hopper ticket now?

    Hi Jason!

    In a few weeks you will be in sight of Cinderella Castle! Spinning in tea cups, taking flight with Peter Pan, and enjoying the brand new Disney Enchantment fireworks show will make for a marvelous October.

    Walt Disney World does honor tickets with remaining valid admission from before 2004 or with the added option of No Expiration. You may convert yours and upgrade it to a Park Hopper. Typically this requires an in-person visit to Guest Services; ticket windows are outside all four theme parks and in Disney Springs. To get the ball rolling, you might consider emailing Guest Services; include a picture of your ticket with the id number clearly shown. You may also call the existing ticket line and speak to a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. Have something on hand to do besides listening to Disney hold music because call volume is a bit higher than normal.
