Hiya TerraLynn - welcome to planDisney!
There are tons of things that are quick and easy for Guests to take care of on their own via their
My Disney Experience account, using older tickets is definitely a situation that would probably be handled best with a phone call, TerraLynn.
You might want to first try emailing the team who investigates older tickets, and
you can find those instructions here. It can take a couple of weeks for them to investigate and reply, so this option might not be ideal. They usually only provide information about how to use your existing ticket(s), if they can be used, so if you're interested in adding the Park Hopper Option (if you need to), I suggest trying the next method.
Calling and speaking with a Cast Member from the Existing Tickets line is probably a better choice. They can help you understand what value or uses your current ticket may have and can help you with any additional tickets or add-on options you are interested in. Every ticket is different, and you might want to plan more than just a one-day vacation in February. For these reasons, I think calling in will be your best bet to make sure you're getting the most out of these old tickets.
I hope this information is helpful, TerraLynn! Are you planning on visiting
EPCOT during your upcoming vacation? I sure hope so because the brand-new
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind rollercoaster is a blast that simply can't be missed!
