Being older adults (60 year olds) what resort would the best "fit" for someone looking for a nice quiet stay?

    Hi Richards:

Since there is a lot of walking and standing at Disney World, my gut tells me that a Deluxe Resort will a lot of on site activities, great restaurants, and transportation options, would make a wonderful fit.  To that end, I would strongly consider Grand Floridian, which is right on the monorail line for ease of transportation.  Grand Floridian has an elegant and sophisticated theme while not being too stuffy.  There are wonderful restaurants and shopping options right on premises as well as a world-class spa for more relaxation.

In the moderate category, I would look at Port Orleans French Quarter.  Port Orleans French Quarter is intimate (relatively small) and picturesque, which makes it very relaxing in my view.

    Enjoy your vacation.
