Hi Dyane,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question about your existing Theme Park Tickets. I am happy to see that you are looking to use your Theme Park Tickets to head back to Disneyland Resort, I bet you are just as excited as I am to walk through the gates for the "First Time in Forever"!
Due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort, most
Theme Park Tickets have automatically had the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. I suggest trying to link your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disney account in order to see the new expiration date. If the expiration date is not what you were hoping for, try calling
Ticket Services where a Cast Member will be able to help with your specific Theme Park Tickets in real time.
If by chance your Theme Park Tickets are not eligible for an extended expiration date don't worry, Dyane. You will be able to use the value of your fully unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission, when you are ready to head back to the "Happiest Place on Earth".
I hope you are able to get your Theme Park Tickets sorted and that you are able to visit Disneyland Resort sooner rather than later, Dyane. If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney, we are always happy to help.
