I have some old tickets from 1996 & 2000, how can I tell if there is still some days on these?

    Welcome to planDisney Jeff!

Wow, I am impressed that you have kept your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets from yester-year....and haven't misplaced them! Half the time I cannot even find my car keys!

Walt Disney World will honor your tickets as long as there are remaining days and the tickets are not expired. You can check the value of your tickets by going to a Walt Disney World ticket window or Guest Relations. They will be happy to research your tickets.

To check on remaining days you can also email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com or call 407-939-1289. If emailing, include a photo of the front and back of ticket, and any information you might have about it including date purchased or dates used. Also include your name, email, and phone number. It may take a bit of time for a response as they will need to research your tickets.

I found a few old tickets a couple of years ago. To simplify, I just purchased new tickets for the trip I was planning then took my old tickets with me. While on vacation, I stopped by Guest Relations and they converted my oldies into updated tickets but did not link them to anyone. I then knew exactly what I had and could easily link them for my next vacation. I found this to be easier than sending the email and waiting for a response, but that is totally up to you!

I hope you find lots of magical park days waiting for you on your Theme Park Tickets!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
