I have old tickets that I would like to use in November. How do I make reservations into Magic Kingdom and use old tickets that need upgraded?

Heigh-ho Russell, it's off to Walt Disney World you go!

You must be so excited that your magical vacation is just a dream way. Before you set off on your adventure, I'd be happy to help get your tickets and theme park reservations in order.

If you have theme park tickets in your My Disney Experience account that expired and need to be upgraded so they are valid for your upcoming travel dates, first, see if you can modify them in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This doesn't work for all ticket types, but I have had success in the past. From the home screen of the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, which will bring up the welcome menu. Here, select "Tickets and Passes," and look for your tickets. Below each one, you might see an option to "Change Ticket." Click on that, and follow the prompts to modify the dates of your existing tickets. Sometimes expired tickets won't show up in My Disney Experience. If this is the case, you'll need to call (407) 939-5277 and speak to a Cast Member to make the change.

I hope this is helpful, Russell, and you're able to get things straightened out promptly. If you experience a brief hold when you call, check out the Disney Parks Blog or find us on social media while you wait. There are so many new experiences to enjoy with the 50th-anniversary celebration now underway, and you won't want to miss any of the excitement. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!
