    We have old tickets that have no expiration. How can we find out how many days are left?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help!

    For ticket questions regarding old Walt Disney World theme park ticket media, the quickest way to get answers is to speak with a Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member that handles existing ticket inquiries. They can be reached at (407)566-4985. I've needed to contact them regarding tickets before, and have sometimes been asked to provide a photo of the actual ticket media via email. They'll be able to tell you if your theme park tickets are still valid, and how many days are still available. Walt Disney World no longer sells the "no expiration" theme park tickets, but will still honor any tickets that are still valid. Hopefully you've got a few days left on your tickets, and can start planning a visit to the most magical place on earth!
