Hi there, Christopher! Welcome to
planDisney. In the words of Rafiki, it is time! I’m glad you’re getting to use this ticket that’s been waiting to fulfil its purpose. It’s a great time to use it!
If it’s not expired, hakuna matata! Link the ticket to your Disney account on the
website or the
Disneyland Mobile App. From the main page of the website, hover over “My Disneyland,” and click “Link Tickets and Passes.” Follow the instructions, and be sure to select a reservation date. On the mobile app, click the (☰) and then “My Tickets & Passes.” The blue (+) in the upper-right corner will show you the “Link Tickets & Passes” button. You can then choose which option you prefer to use for the final steps. Be prepared! When you make a reservation, you may be asked to pay the price difference between the old ticket and what you would pay for the day you selected.
If the ticket is expired, you got to put your behind in your past. You can
call the guest services ticket line to have the value of your old ticket applied to a new one, as long as the old ticket is not for a special event.
Christopher, I hope you enjoy your visit. Get ready for
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! Check out the
Disney Parks Blog for all the great
Fall foods, entertainment, merch, and character interactions! You’re going to have a blast! If you have more planning questions, don’t hesitate to come back to
planDisney!
I hope you have a magical day!
