Hi Ann! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
One of the special things about the parks is that the experience at the
Disneyland Resort is absolutely unique from the experience at the Walt Disney World Resort. You can do and see different things and enjoy different dining options, while still feeling surrounded by that Disney magic. It's why we end up visiting both coasts most years, since we're like you and live in the middle of the country.
Those differences extend to how the parks are managed, however, and
admission tickets to one park can't be used at the other. I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping for today. I'd suggest planning to use your Walt Disney World Resort tickets in Florida, while purchasing some shiny new Disneyland Resort tickets for a vacation in California, so you can explore some of the options you won't find in Orlando.
Right now, Disneyland Resort is
celebrating 70 magical years. How exciting is that? You'll find celebratory shows, new elements on select Attractions, yummy special dining options, and more. There are even some special
Offers & Discounts to sweeten the deal. Everyone appreciates increased value, so you might check out the Disneyland Resort Hotel offers that might apply to your stay.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
