I have an old ticket linked with a day remaining but for my next trip I'll be buying a new ticket. How do I make sure the correct ticket is used on magic mobile/band? Do I just make sure it's deactivated on magic bands & cards page?

Hello again Emma, and thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with another wonderful enquiry about an upcoming holiday to the most magical place on earth.

I've encountered a very similar multi-ticket situation myself, Emma!  So, therefore, I'm more than happy to share that to ensure the use of the correct Disney Theme Park Ticket upon entry into a Disney Theme Park, you should first stop by either the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or perhaps visit a ticket booth located at the entrance of a Disney Theme Park.

Helpful Cast Members found in these locations will be able to prioritise the older Disney Theme Park Ticket or Magic Ticket which you wish to use first within your My Disney Experience account.  Cast Members really are just like Fairy Godmothers-in-Training as they are able to fix almost anything with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!

However, it's really important to bear in mind that you should seek the help of a Cast Member, before using your tickets and going through the turn styles!

Emma, I feel sure that the Magic is Calling YOU during the World's Most Magical Celebration for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort!

Please know that you're always as welcome as can be to return here to me at planDisney, should you have any additional Disney-related questions.  I'm always happy to help wherever possible!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
