Hi, Jennifer!
I’m so happy to hear you’re planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort with your little ones! I’m a big fan of introducing kids to the magic of Disney early on, so my own son’s first visit was when he was just three months old, as well. In many ways, those early trips when he was so portable and slept often were some of the easiest!
The Baby Care Centers are a great resource for families with babies and toddlers, and there’s one located in each theme park. In addition to providing a convenient place to feed and change your baby, they are fully staffed and offer a variety of amenities that make life much easier. There are full-size changing tables, high chairs, a kitchen and a shop with baby food, formula, bottles, pacifiers, diapers, wipes, medicines and other essentials for purchase.
Consider bringing along a baby carrier or sling in addition to your stroller. That way your baby will be secure and close to you, but you can have both hands free to take pictures and interact with your 2-year-old on attractions.
Also, keep in mind that Guests with children who don’t meet the minimum height requirement may take turns experiencing attractions using the Rider Switch program. It allows an adult (and older children who meet the height requirement) to ride while another adult waits with younger children. You then "switch" so the second adult can enjoy the attraction without waiting all over again. No one has to miss out on the fun!
I hope this helps, Jennifer, and that you enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted vacation to the Disneyland Resort with your family! Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have as your planning continues.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
