    I have an old redemption card that I would like to know the balance of.

    I love the benefits of using my Disney Rewards Visa from Chase! 

    I know that my old redemption cards got plenty of use, so I understand having access to an old card. I found an old redemption card a while back and wanted to find out the balance, and to my surprise, there was not much left, but it was good to have the information handy. To find out your balance, you can call the number on the back of your Disney Rewards Redemption Card or login to manage your “Manage My Disney Rewards” account and check the balance online. If you would like to speak with a Customer Service Representative, you can call 800-300-8575.
