I have 3 old partially used park hopper tickets bought years ago without a family name written on them. They are non expire tickets. How do I determine which ticket belongs to who?

Hey there Ann! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about your No Expiration Option tickets. I'm happy to help.

March is so close and I hope you are as excited as I would be. The EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is a crowd favorite and usually runs during your visit. While there are no official dates yet I would check back for updates to see what Topiary displays and Outdoor Kitchens are announced.

The No Expiration tickets with no names are why you contacted us and my first place to track down whom they are assigned to would be the My Disney Experience App. This app has been around since 2014 and unused tickets should show in the "Tickets and Passes" section. If for some reason they haven't yet been linked you can try linking them in the same section. Just tap on the blue "+" at the top. Once they are added you can then make a theme park reservation using the Disney Park Pass System. If you aren't able to link the tickets for some reason I would seek assistance over the phone and a cast member will be sure to help. For Assistance by Phone visit this page for all important phone numbers

I hope this was helpful in getting those tickets some use. Please do not hesitate to come back with any other planning needs Ann.

    See ya real soon!
