    We have 2 very old (2003) park hopper tickets that have days unused on them. We contacted Disney and they confirmed the tickets were valid. They suggested I link the tickets to My Disney Experience account for pre-planning purposes. How do I do that?

    Hiya Cally and welcome to planDisney. Finding an old valid Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Ticket is like finding money in a coat pocket. Incredible! I am glad you already reached out to Disney for assistance but to get those tickets legacy linked may require another phone call or even an email.

    Since you contacted Existing Tickets once I would do this. Email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with the following information:

    • Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
    • Your full name
    • Where and when ticket was purchased
    • Purchaser’s name and form of payment

    The beauty of the email is that it generates a paper trail. The response may tell you that you need to make the exchange at any Guest Relations or theme park ticket window, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. You may also call Existing Tickets again and possibly get more information on how to link the pre-My Disney Experience tickets to your account from another Cast Member.

    Cally, Disney honors all valid legacy tickets, and while it may take a little effort, you will save a lot of money by using these tickets. Please feel free to stop by again and write me back directly for more Disney vacation planning tips.
