I have old park hopper tickets. How do I use them?

    Hello, Greg!

I’m so glad you found us here at planDisney and asked your question about theme park tickets. I am happy to help you get the information you need so you can visit the theme parks at The Most Magical Place on Earth

I have great news for you, Greg. The Walt Disney World Resort will honor any unexpired theme park tickets that still have remaining admission days, and the amount paid for expired and wholly unused tickets can be applied toward the purchase of valid tickets at the current price. If your theme park tickets are dated, you may be able to change the date so the tickets can be used for an upcoming trip. To check if your tickets are eligible, you can visit a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or call (407) 939-1289 to speak with a Cast Member. Be sure to have all your ticket information handy when you call.

If you have detailed records about the origin of these tickets, another way to check the number of days remaining is to send an email to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Please include a picture or scan of the front and back of each ticket, your full name, where and when the tickets were purchased, the purchaser’s name and form of payment, and the best phone number to reach you.

I hope this information is helpful, Greg, and that you’re able to plan a Walt Disney World Resort vacation soon! Please don’t hesitate to write back with any other questions you can dream of as your trip approaches.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
