Hi, Janet! Welcome to planDisney.
If your unused ticket had the non-expiration option (which is no longer available on new Walt Disney World Resort
Theme Park tickets), you might still have some days left on it, depending on exactly what type of ticket you have. You may be able to link it to yourself via your
My Disney Experience account by either using the website on a desktop or laptop computer or using the
My Disney Experience App with your smartphone. If you don't already have a My Disney Experience account, you can easily set one up using your email address and creating a password.
If using the website, once you are logged in, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right until you get a drop-down menu. Select "My Plans". Scroll down once the page loads until you see "Park Tickets" and hover over it. You will then get the option to "Link Tickets". That will bring you to a new page where you can enter the ticket ID number. There are pictures of various ticket types to the right with samples of where that ID number is located. If you don't see your ticket type listed or you are getting an error message, it is best to call (407) 939-4357 for help to discuss your ticket options with a Cast Member.
If using the smartphone app, once you have the app downloaded and are all logged in, click on the three horizontal lines on your screen's bottom right. From this menu, select "Tickets and Passes." Tap on the blue circle with a white plus symbol located in your upper right screen, then tap "Link Tickets & Passes". You can enter the ticket ID code here or even scan the ticket if your ticket has a bar code. It is best to call (407) 939-4357 for assistance if you get an error message.
Please come back and revisit us with any questions you may have while planning your magical visit in March. Have a magical day, Janet!
