I have 3 old park hopper plus cards....where can we use them?

When it comes to Disney theme park admission, the more the better, right Lisa? That's my belief, anyway.

I've got some good news for you. Walt Disney World continues to honor unexpired tickets that have unused days available. As you might know, however, there have been some digital upgrades over the years. I recommend that you reach out to Guest Services directly. You can call them at (407) 939-1289. They should be able to give you specific information about how many unused days remain on your tickets. They can also help you convert your old cards into new tickets that can be linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If you're planning to visit soon, Lisa, it's also a good idea to familiarize yourself with some of the health and safety measures that are currently in place at Walt Disney World. As a result of the global pandemic, currently, Guests need both valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation to gain admittance at the park entry. There are also some changes with regard to the Park Hopper Option. Though updates are always possible, right now, the ability to hop from one park to another requires two things:

    1. Guests must first visit the park where they hold a theme park reservation.
    2. After 2 pm, Guests can hop to a different park, as long as there is capacity availability. A reservation at the second theme park is not required at this time.
Keep in mind that we're super happy to help in any way we can, Lisa, so do stop back in here at planDisney if we can offer additional tips or suggestions!
