Welcome to planDisney, David! An older, non-expiring ticket is such a fun piece of Disney history to stumble across. Those kinds of
tickets aren't sold anymore, so if you've got one, you're holding onto a bit of vintage Disney magic.
There is definitely a chance that there could be some valid days left on your ticket. The cool thing about non-expiring passes is that the unused days could potentially be exchanged for valid admission, even if the tickets are quite old. So even if it's been years since you last used it, there is a possibility that you've still got some park time waiting for you.
Here's what to do next: if there's a ticket number on the back of the card, try linking it to your
My Disney Experience account. You'll head to the "Tickets and Passes" section and choose "Link Tickets." If the system recognizes the ticket, you'll be able to see any remaining entitlements right there.
If the system isn't able to link the ticket automatically, it might just need a little human touch.
Give the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Ticket line a call, and let them know you have an older, non-expiring pass. A Cast Member can look up your ticket number and let you know if there are any days remaining that can be exchanged for current admission. Be sure to have the ticket with you when you call, just in case they need the full number or any identifying information from the card.
Here's hoping you still have a magical day left to enjoy! Either way, it's always exciting to see if the magic lives on in your old tickets.
Have a magical day, David!
