    What do you do with your old magic bands? Do you save them when I return again? And, also can you make installments on your vacation after you book it?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing your questions to us!

    We save all of our old MagicBands. Although they will not work forever, we have been able to use old MagicBands for at least two years. I always bring an extra set of MagicBands on our trip just in case someone loses one. Although we have lost one in the past and were able to pick up another at the front desk of our resort hotel, I find it easier just to have an extra set with us.

    When I reserve a vacation package, I have been able to make partial payments over time. I made a deposit on a vacation package about a month ago. A few days ago, I was able to go online and make a partial payment. There was a note on the payment screen that said my partial payment had to be at least $20. My full package price has to be entirely paid 30 days prior to our trip. Please review the Terms & Conditions for Arrivals January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
