I understand not wanting to occupy a ground floor because I prefer to enjoy a stay on a higher floor so that I can see the surroundings from above. Request a higher floor when you complete the check-in process via your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Because elevator access exists in buildings 62, 63, and 64, I recommend calling (407)939-1936 to ensure your requests are noted. Though it is a request, it is not guaranteed, but it does not hurt to ensure your requests are made known. Anytime I have made a request, my wants have been granted most of the time.
