How old does an infant need to be to cruise on an Alaska cruise?

    Hi Sunni,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

In order for a baby to sail aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship, they usually need to be at least 6 months old as of the day that they board the ship. From what I understand, that includes Alaska itineraries. Only Transatlantic, Panama Canal and Hawai'i itineraries require infants to be at least a year old.

If you do book a voyage to Alaska, don’t forget that families travelling with little ones have a whole host of amenities and services that you can use aboard the Disney Wonder, including the “it’s a small world” nursery! and other activities just for them.

If you have any other questions about cruising with your baby, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us!

    Have a Magical Day,
