Hi Moms! I have some old fun tickets from 2004 that I'd like to use for Blizzard Beach. What is the procedure to use them? I am not staying on property - can I just go to Blizzard Beach and present them with the ticket? Thank you.

    Hi Diane!

So wonderful to hear that you have your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort all planned out! You are going to have a great time! If you have tickets, all you would need to do is head over to Blizzard Beach and visit any ticket window. Since your tickets are from 2004, I am sure they are paper tickets. Paper Tickets are no longer in use and they would have to be converted to the new Ticket Cards which feature the RFID (chip) Technology. If you would like to verify the validity of your tickets, you can do so by verifying your tickets at any ticket window at the theme parks or water parks, any concierge desk at any Disney Resort hotel or by visiting Guest Relations at Disney Springs. You can also verify by sending in an email to Guest Relations at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and you should receive a response within 14 business days. Be sure to include the following:

    1) A photo or scan of the front and back of each ticket.

    2) Your full name

    3) Where and when the tickets were purchased

    4) The purchaser's name (if not you) and the form of payment

    5) Your daytime phone number
