We have old “never expire” tickets. What can we do to be able to use them for a short trip in June so we can reserve park days?

Ahoy there Susan! Welcome aboard planDisney. It sounds like you've discovered some buried treasure, and I'm happy to help put it to use.

My husband and I each still have several tickets from the good ole days when the non-expiration upgrade was offered. We generally use them for day trips when visiting family who reside near Mickey Mouse. To unlock the magic of the Disney Park Pass System with these golden nuggets, you'll need to first link them to your My Disney Experience account.

First, log into the web version of My Disney Experience. From the drop-down menu, select "My Plans" and then scroll down until you see " + Add More Plans." Choose "Link Reservations & Purchases" and then click on "Tickets." From here, input the alpha-numeric code on the back of your paper or plastic ticket. Since these tickets are older, you might see several different digits, so try each one until you have success. If you run into trouble, call (407) 566-4985, and the friendly crew at Disney will help find where x marks the spot.

You will also need to match each ticket with a Guest in your My Family & Friends List, so make sure all fellow mates and scalawags that will be sailing with you are on your list. Once all tickets are linked, select Disney Park Pass System from the drop-down menu in My Disney Experience to reserve your theme park days in advance. This spring has been busy, so be sure to secure those reservations for June as soon as possible.

I hope this sets you on the right course for your summer voyage. If there is anything else we at planDisney can do to make your journey more magical, stop by and see us again. We arrrrr always happy to help!
