I have old Disney hopper passes but have been told the are good forever. How do I check if they are still valid and how do I use them to make reservations?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Kathleen!

It looks like you could be making plans to join the Mouseketeer jamboree and march right into the Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy all the magic!

It sounds like you might be holding Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets with the No Expiration Option. My best suggestion for you to find out if your tickets are valid for use is to call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can check into the specifics of your tickets. You could also use the online chat service to connect with a Cast Member who can assist you.

When you are speaking with or chatting with a Cast Member, you can get their assistance in linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Typically, Guests can use the easy online form to link theme park tickets to their My Disney Experience account. In the case of older theme park tickets, however, it can be necessary to get assistance from a Walt Disney World Cast Member depending on the date of the tickets.

Once you have your theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can use the Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations.

Kathleen, here's wishing you lots of magical fun when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
