If I have old cards from past tickets that I have used , can I reuse the cards for my new tickets so that I don’t have to go get a physical new card ?

    Hi Christine! Welcome to planDisney!

Tomorrow is your Magical Day! You are visiting Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. No matter which theme park you are visiting, seek out the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. They make fun and unique photo opportunities to cherish for a lifetime of memories. Be sure to stay for nightfall when Disney icons come to shimmering EARidescent life during Beacons of Magic.

Good news, Christine! You can use ticket cards from previous visits. Make sure your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience profile online or via The My Disney Experience Mobile App. To verify in the mobile app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Choose "Tickets and Passes." You should see your tickets if they are linked, if not click on the "+" sign and follow the prompted steps and submit.

Now, click on "My Profile" and select "MagicBands & Cards." Choose "Your MagicBands & Cards" to see which are linked to your profile. Make sure the MagicBand or Card you wish to use is listed and "active." Once you have verified all these steps, you should be ready to enter the park.

Yet another option is to set up a MagicMobile Pass which can be added to your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other smartphones to serve as your contactless ticket, method of payment, and connection to Disney PhotoPass Service.

During your visit, do not forget to utilize Disney Genie Service to help maximize and customize your day in the theme parks.

    See You Real Soon,
    Cindy
