Hello, Joanne!
Boy, have strollers changed over the years! My daughter is now twelve and back then we didn't have all of the fancy options that are out there today. Strollers come in all shapes and sizes now and I bet that you can imagine just how congested walkways can get at Walt Disney World if there weren't some guidelines. According to the
park rules, effective May 1, 2019, strollers can be no larger than 31" wide and 52" long. Also starting on May ,1 2019, stroller wagons of any kind will also no longer be permitted. The Disney Parks Blog recently published a great
rule reminder that you may also want to check out. So accordingly to these stroller guidelines that have always been in place but now will be enforced, the stroller that you have will no longer be permitted. I suggest
renting a stroller each day at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. You can purchase a multi-day rental making the process of getting one each morning a breeze and it saves you a couple of dollars a day. Also, since they are located inside of the parks there is not the hassle of emptying it out and folding it up before boarding the busses in the mornings and at night. The strollers are a hard plastic material making them great for wiping out if there are spills inside, they have drink holders and a small bag to keep belongings in. I think they are the perfect stroller for a day at Walt Disney World. Because all of these strollers do look alike, if you rent one, I would recommend bringing a bandana or something that will help you easily identify it to be yours for when you are ready to grab it out of stroller parking at each attraction.
I hope this helps!
