Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for visiting us with your question today! It looks like you have an upcoming European adventure with a stop at
Disneyland Paris - this sounds like such an exciting trip! I have been lucky enough to visit all of the Disney Parks around the world, and in my opinion,
Disneyland Park in Paris is the most beautiful of them all. I can't wait for you to experience it, too!
It seems you may have the incorrect name on your
Disneyland Paris tickets, so let’s take a look at how to resolve this before you arrive. Disneyland Paris tickets are non-transferable, which means it is important that they are assigned to you correctly. My advice is to
call Disneyland Paris directly and ask if it is possible for the names on your unused tickets to be amended. Be sure to have your booking confirmation to hand, and once this is updated, you can relax -
hakuna matata! You will have no worries!
Fun fact - when you use your Disneyland Paris ticket for the first time, the turnstile will capture your photo. This picture is then displayed to Cast Members each time you enter the Disney Parks, making sure the right ticket stays with the right person.
I see that you will be visiting all the way from Japan, so you may be more familiar with the
Tokyo Disney Resort (one of my favourite places in the world!) Whilst there are many magical similarities between Tokyo and Paris, each resort has unique features. Be sure to explore the beautiful Sleeping Beauty Castle and discover the cave hidden beneath it, and what lurks within it! Also, Big Thunder Mountain, Tower of Terror, and Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain all offer unique twists compared to Tokyo. Plus,
Crush’s Coaster is exclusive to Disneyland Paris and a must-do for my family every trip.
I hope this answers your question today, and that you are able to sort out your mismatched tickets, and enjoy your trip to my favourite holiday destination in Europe! If you have any more questions as you continue to plan your trip, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
See you on Main Street, Paris!
Matt
