Is it okay to leave and re-enter the parks?

    Hiya, Kimberly!

Welcome to planDisney! We are so grateful you stopped by, and we are excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is to help you plan the most MAGICAL day ever!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that you most definitely CAN leave a Disneyland Theme Park and gain re-entry on the same day. Your Disneyland Theme Park Ticket and valid identification confirmation will be required for re-entry. Don't you just love happy endings?

I love the fact that you are able to leave a Disneyland Theme Park to have lunch at the Downtown Disney District, or you and your family can go back and relax by the pool. Mickey Mouse and his pals want you to truly enjoy your time and have so much fun! That is why it is so awesome to have so much flexibility with your Disneyland Resort vacation!

I hope this helps you in your planning. As you know Mickey Mouse and his pals are working really hard on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
