Okay, my Husband is 6'5" and around 350 lbs. He is very concerned about "fitting" in any of the rides in any of the parks. Any assurance that he can or should he plan on sitting out? Kerrie

Hi Kerie!  Over the years Disney has become more aware that people come from all over the world speaking many languages and in all shapes and sizes.

I strongly suggest you purchase a book called, Passporter's Open Mouse for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line, by Deb Wills and Debra Martin Koma.  Page 88-90 and also chapter 5 will help explain all the attractions and obstacles someone of size might encounter.  It will be an excellent resource for you.  The book can be found at major bookstores as well as amazon.com.   Also as you enter each park stop by  Guest Relations and ask for their input and suggestions.

    Some important hints to remember:
*you may enter through the stroller gate versus the turnstiles at the entrances if you prefer
*ask for chairs without arms or booths at restaurants (Sci Fi Dine In is one of the more difficult restaurants since most seating is in mock cars)
*many rides have seat belt extenders so please ask cast member
*Test Track and Rock n Roller Coaster have more leg room in the front row
*Space Mountain has more leg room in the back seat

Never hesitate to ask a cast member for assistance.  They are there to help all guests have a magical experience!  There will be many rides and attractions your husband will enjoy during your stay.  Have a wonderful trip!
