Disney's Hollywood Studio's Tower of Terror

    Hi! Okay so we are going in a group of four, we will be separating here and there into twos. If i book us a genie plus ride for all four of us, are they still allowed to book other rides for their party?

    Welcome to planDisney! This is a great time to be planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort because you can join in the 50th Anniversary Celebration. You will be able to enjoy my favorite new nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment, shown nightly in the Magic Kingdom. This show incorporates magnificent Castle projection displays, pyrotechnics, and a new theme song composed by a Grammy-nominated artist. You will enjoy your favorite Disney songs and some new classics to sing along to.

    Disney Genie+ is a new tool that assists you in planning the perfect Disney day. Any Guest with Genie+ can make their first selection at 7:00 AM. The next selection can be made 2 hours later or after the experience has been redeemed, whichever comes first. The My Disney Experience mobile app will tell you when you can make the next selection.  You have the ability to use Genie+ however it will work best for you. This service is flexible to meet your needs. It will really depend on which rides and attractions are a priority for all 4 of you or just for 2 of you.

    For example, my family would prioritize the following attractions at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, since we are all Star Wars fans, we would book Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run for all of us to enjoy together. When the app tells us we can make our next selection the thrill riders of the family would book The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror while the no thrill riders would book Toy Story Mania! When the window opens for all of us to make another selection, we can choose to book together or stay separate.

    Planning tip: to coordinate your plans, make sure that all 4 members of your party are connected to each other in your Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. This will allow you to book experiences together or in smaller groups. However, the system will not allow all of you to book different experiences at the same time. You would have to wait at least 2 hours before the next Genie+ experience can be booked. I hope this answers your question, if I did not, please come back and ask us another question.
