Okay I am bringing a friend but they are paying for their own tickets and food. Do I have to add there name on the hotel reservation sense they are staying with us in our room or can they stay with us without adding him to anything?

    Hi Alexis,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your vacation seems to be far far away, but in no time, you'll be jumping to light speed and will time to go!

Staying at a Disney Resort Hotel has so many benefits. Like being able to book FastPass+ selections 60 days before Check-In, access to Extra Magic Hours, and complimentary transfer to and from Orlando International Airport with Disney's Magical Express.

All Guests staying at a Disney Resort Hotel need to be registered in the reservation. This can be done simply by speaking to a vacation planning expert at (407) 939-1936 or via your travel agent. Note that if your reservation is a vacation package, your friend will receive the same Theme Park Tickets and Dining Plans (if any), and the vacation package cost will change accordingly. If your reservation is room-only, there will be a nightly fee for more than three adults aged 18 and over staying in the same room. Finally, note that the total number of Guests cannot exceed the room's capacity.

One last tip: 180 days before Check-In will come before you know it. That's when you can start making advanced dining reservations. Happy planning!
