Ok on here I am being told that I can pick up tickets two days earlier than reservation when I call disney was told no. Confused??? Was then told that many agents dont know some new rule made if so where can i find the new rule so I can show them

    Hi Melanie!

There might be some confusion over the type of ticket, and I apologize if you received bad advice in the past.  You can pick up tickets for hard ticketed events (such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party) starting the day after you order your tickets.  That's also true for Magic Your Way tickets that you ordered on line or over the phone.

However, for Magic Your Way tickets that are part of a vacation package (i.e. you purchased a room and tickets together), you can only pick them up on the day you are supposed to check-in.  Basically, when you check-in at your hotel, you will be give a Key to the World card which will contain your ticket information and act as your room key (as well as a charge card throughout Walt Disney World).

Sorry if this isn't the answer you are looking for.  Write back if you have any more questions!
