Is it ok to make a reservation for a table service meal and just order dessert? We love the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake at Liberty Tree Tavern, but we are wanting to do a different meal that night, but do want to stop there in the afternoon for dessert.

    Hi Trapper!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Liberty Tree Tavern, in Magic Kingdom Park, is one of my family's favorite dining venues at Walt Disney World Resort. Who doesn't love a Thanksgiving-style feast, no matter the time of year? The six themed rooms inside the restaurant take guests back to the days of Colonial Williamsburg, as they dine on American classics.

While dinner is served family-style, guests during the lunch hours can order their meals a la carte. If you'd like to make a Table Service reservation to stop in for drinks and dessert during the day, you're more than welcome to do so, and the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake (Vanilla Cake with a Gooey Toffee Filling, Caramel Sauce, and Vanilla Ice Cream) is definitely worth it!

Lunch is served at Liberty Tree Tavern from 11:00am - 2:55pm each day, and the dinner hours are 3:15pm - 9:30pm.

I hope this helps with your planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
