Ok, this question just in...grand gathering for 15 in oct. All dining ressies made. If people in parties want to trade off (daughter trades her son for her niece to do princess in Norway) can this be done as long as # seated doesn't change?

Hi Denise, Grand Gatherings at Disney are so much fun!

The only potential issue with this scenario is if the ages of the kids differ. On buffets, for example, kids ages 3-9 pay the child price and juniors ages 10 + up are charged the adult price. When you check in at the Host stand, be sure to provide the Cast Member with the correct ages. This way your Server can charge you accordingly.

Hope this helps and have a Magical vacation,

    Kaylene
