Ok moms! I need help!! 25 days to go! What should I pack for myself, DH and DD5? Shorts or capris, long sleeves or short sleeves, Sweaters or jackets? SO excited, but a little panicked, want to make sure I am all set for first trip. Thanks!! You guys rock!

    Hi Lisa,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  Your trip is just around the corner, how exciting.  I'm absolutely positive you are going to have a magical time!

First of all, don't panic, you are about to leave for the "Happiest Place on Earth"!  Temperatures in Orlando for April average from 80 degrees for the high and 60 degrees for the low.  In the past I have found the days to be quite hot, while early mornings and nights can be rather cool.  Definitely pack your summer wardrobe, however don't forget some sweaters and jackets for the cooler evenings.  Personally, I tend to wear capri pants at this time of year, however, my husband and many other Disney guests are wearing their shorts.  I like to have some leggings or long pants for my daughter handy in case she gets a little chilly at night.  Dressing in layers is always a good idea, that way you will be able to adjust appropriately throughout your days in the Theme Parks.

Be sure to remember your bathing suits, the weather is perfect for an afternoon swim in your Walt Disney World Resort pool!

I hope you have a wonderful vacation Lisa.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.  We would be happy to help!
