Is it ok to book ADR for just dessert? Also, I see that people are saying they are being asked to give their credit card number for character meals. I have some reservations for character meals but no cc# was required. Did I do something wrong? Tx.

    Hi Laura!

I have great news for you!  Yes, you can book an Advanced Dining Reservation just for dessert only!  That is what I love about Walt Disney World, you can have things the way you want them without a fuss!  You didn't do anything wrong because most character meals do not require a credit card number to hold the reservation.  Some special character meals, dinner shows, and signature restaurants will require a credit card number to hold the reservation, for example reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. If you were not asked for your credit card when you booked your Advanced Dining Reservations online or over the phone, then none of the restaurants that you have picked require it.

I hope that your dinning experiences are extra magical on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
