Hi Candis, I was asked this question before, so I thought I'd jump in and help out.
Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade
at Animal Kingdom is great celebration of music, dancing and
wonderful puppets, stilt-walkers and more. You'll want to dance right
along with all the characters as their safari caravan rides through the
park in tribute to their favorite animals. I'm not sure I can spin it so that there's some Marketing value for the students ;) but I think that age group will love it and appreciate the craftsmanship and artistry present in the parade.
I have two spots for you to look into for a great view of the parade.
First, since the parade starts and ends near Kilimanjaro Safaris in
Africa, if you find a spot here, you'll get to see the parade twice as
it returns to the gate. Another idea is once the parade leaves Africa,
most people clear out, so you can then snag a front row spot for when
the parade returns and see it then.
If you'd prefer someplace out of the sun to view the parade, head over
to the pathway leading to Camp Minnie-Mickey and stake out a spot in the
shade, near the Disney Vacation Club information area. I've also heard
grabbing a spot by the otters exhibit in the Discovery Trails area is a
good idea, but I haven't tested it out yet.
I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful time with your group!
