    oh where would I be without you guys!!!!! We are on DDP 01/01/12 for the duration of our 10 day visit. We are 3 adults, and a 5, 3 and 1 yr old. I notice gratuity added at party of 6. Does this include our 1 year old even though he will eat from my plate?

    Hello Kerri,

    When you make your reservations at a Disney Restaurant, you are correct. You would make reservations for a party of six. This helps Disney ensure they can seat your entire family, including a booster or high chair for your littlest one.

    But I was unsure of the gratuity portion of your question since children under the age of three are not eligible for the Disney Dining Plan (DDP). So I called Disney and was told by a Cast Member that automatic gratuity is added to all parties of six or more.
