    Oh no! I can't find my La Nouba tickets! I put them somewhere I knew I would remember, and now I cannot find them. We leave in 7 days. What should I do?

    Hi Michelle,

    I did this once as well when I booked a concert through Ticketmaster and luckily they were able to help me cancel the ones they issued to me and make new ones in my name.  I understand from the employee at La Nouba I spoke with that you will more than likely be in luck with a similar outcome to mine.  You will need to contact them directly at (407) 939-7600 and they will ask for your confirmation number (hopefully you have this written down somewhere).  There is also proof of purchase with a credit card statement and maybe a few questions you may need to answer to identify yourself to them.  I am not exactly sure how they will do this for you, but it sounds to me like they will do their best to accommodate your needs and somehow issue duplicate tickets with a bit of information they receive from you.  I would do this as soon as possible seeing as you are only 7 days away from your trip.  Good luck!
