Hello Sonia!
Welcome to planDisney! As my old friend Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" But, don't you worry, you've come to the right place and I am so happy to help you!
As of early January 2024,
theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets at Walt Disney World Resort, however, some admission tickets, such as an annual pass or student/group ticket, do still require them. You should be able to modify your selection and choose another park (if the park still has availability) in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, by selecting the "+" in the bottom-center and choosing "Make or Modify Park Reservations." You can also choose to do it on the
Walt Disney World Resort website by hovering your cursor over "
My Disney Experience" and selecting "
Theme Park Reservations." From there you should see your current reservation and be able to modify it to another park. (Subject to availability.)
If you have any problems in doing so, the chat option on the website, or
calling Disney may be the best choices as they will be able to pull up your account and see your specific tickets and park reservations.
Also, there was recently a change made and you can now hop to a different theme park at any time with the
Park Hopper® Option instead of waiting until the required 2:00 PM as it was before. Hooray!
Thank you again for visiting planDisney, Sonia! Have a wonderful vacation and please come see us again soon.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
