Hello, Ogas Cantina fills up extremely fast, 60 days ahead. If we have a group of eight is it possible for me to make 4 separate 2 person reservations at the same time (or another combo) for a certain day? Any recommendations? Thanks

    Welcome to planDisney, Matt.

It’s always great to help a fellow New Yorker plan their fabulous Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It’s my absolute favorite place in the world, so it always makes me happy to hear when people have a visit coming up. Before you know it, your family will be off enjoying The World's Most Magical Celebration! During Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, there is so much to enjoy, including the EAResistible celebratory bites found at every turn. I can't wait for my trip later this year to try the 50th Celebration Hot Dog from Casey’s Corner.

Speaking of food, I understand your desire to snag those coveted Advanced Dining Reservations at fabulous spots like Oga’s Cantina. So, I know it’s a bummer when you log in and don’t see any reservations available. Well, rest assured, help is on the way in the form of your trusty planDisney Panelist, ME! Matt, you can definitely try to split up your party and see if there is better availability that way, but you likely end up seated in different areas of the restaurant. Instead, I find that the trick is to keep a super close eye on the My Disney Experience app as you get closer to your stay. Guests' plans change all the time, and since there is a $10 charge per Guest for any reservation cancellation done with less than 24 hours notice, most Guests are pretty diligent about canceling any unwanted reservations to avoid being charged. So, as those cancellations come through, you will see many dining times pop up in the days and weeks leading up to your visit. So, I recommend checking the app about 2-3 times per day and almost always find the reservation I am looking for. This is especially common in the few days before my arrival. I have succeeded with this method in booking a last-minute reservation at Oga’s Cantina, so I definitely recommend giving it a shot!

Now, if you do get a chance to visit Oga’s Cantina, I highly recommend trying the Fuzzy Tauntaun. Not only is the drink delicious, but the "Buzz Button Tingling" foam on top is super cool and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. There are so many unique drinks to try here, so whatever you get is bound to be amazing!

I hope my tips will be helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to visit us again!

    Have a magical day!
