    Hi! How often do the SoCal Imagine Key Passes go on sale? And any tips for trying to secure one? They seem to always sell out.

    Hello, Ashley, and a very warm welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your great question about Imagine Key sales - and what seems to be on everyone's mind lately!

    The Imagine Key is a highly sought-after Magic Key pass uniquely for Southern California residents living in ZIP Codes 90000-93599. Magic Key passes are available for sale periodically throughout the year, but no current announcement has been made for when they might be going back on sale. My best tip is to be following Disneyland Magic Key on Instagram for the latest updates as well as keeping your eye on the Magic Key page on the Disneyland website. It also wouldn't hurt to make a wish!

    In the meantime, Ashley, you may want to consider the incredible Southern California Resident Ticket offer! Going on sale December 3, 2025, this special 3-day, park hopper ticket is for Guests who reside within ZIP codes 90000 and 96199 only. If you are able to provide the required proof of Southern California residency with a government-issued photo ID, then you would be able to purchase this magical SoCal Resident Ticket - an amazing deal! You're then welcome to visit the parks three times from January 1 through May 21, 2026 - subject to theme park reservation availability. This could be the perfect bridge to get you to that Imagine Key!
